Department of Motor Vehicles {Written Test|Written Exam is different for New Drivers under 18

Teen drivers taking the dmv practice permit test might be divided into a pair of different groups: Students over 18 who get a Class C Operators License and Students below 18 who receive a Learners Permit.

The written test for each is different. If you are over 18-years old, the DMV permit test is typically is taken from the ordinary Drivers Guide. If you are below 18-years old your DMV Instruction Permit Test is typically from the Driver Guide and the Parent Teen Training Guide.

This distinction is critical when you shop for a sample test. Learners Permit Practice Test offers online study tests for both DMV exams. If you are below 18-years old, you need the Temporary Permit practice test. When you are more than 18-years of age, you need the New Driver practice test.
